- 1 kg of aronia
- 3/4 of a kilo of white sugar or 1/2 kg of brown sugar
- 2 liters of water
- 5-6 cloves of carnation
- A little mastic
- 1 tsp. Of lemon juice soup
- 750 ml cognac
Wash well and place in a saucepan along with sugar, water, clove, mastic and lemon juice.
Boil for about 1 hour on high heat until the water is colored and then remove the pot from the fire.
Let the mixture cool completely and drain it with a dense tulle pressing the wrist until it plucks all its juice.
Once we have finished this process, add cognac and store the liqueur in glass bottles or decanters.
