Home Made Aronia Jam


  • 1kg of wrinkles
  • 3/4 of a kilo of white sugar or 1/2 of a kilo of brown sugar
  • 1/2 liter of water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon


Wash the aronia well and put it in a large pan.
Add all the remaining ingredients and boil in a low heat until the fruits of the army are softened.
Once the fruits are softened, we mix with the blender until we get the desired result.
We put the jam in the fire until it’s done as long as we want.
Sterilize the glass jar by any method we want, fill with our jam when it is still warm and place it in a dry place (with the lid down) until it cools completely.
The next day our jam is ready to be stored to have it in the winter or even to be consumed immediately.
